Adopt-a-Street volunteer program organizations agree to:
- Clean-up litter along the "adopted" street(s) a minimum of two times per year.
- Commit to cleaning the "adopted" street(s) within the City of Council Bluffs for two years.
- Designate a team leader who will be the contact person for KCBB. This person will be responsible for completing forms and notifying KCBB of clean-ups. The team leader will periodically receive email updates or newsletters from Keep Council Bluffs Beautiful.
- Pay a first time sign fee of $150 per sign (up to two signs or $300). This is good for the two year commitment. The fee covers the cost of having a sign made and installed at your adopted street that bears your organizatin's name. A renewal fee of $100 will maintain your sign for another two years upon completeion of a new application.
- Contact KCBB at least one week in advance of clean-up. Bags and gloves will be provided upon request.
- Notify KCBB when the clean-up is complete.
